Refund Policy

At Scribe Forge, we aim to ensure that you are satisfied with your diary purchase. If you need to return a diary, please follow our policy outlined below:


Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of receiving your diary to request a return.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your diary must be in its original condition:

  • Unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

 

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact us at scribeforge@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return your diary. Diaries returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your diary upon receipt. If the diary is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at scribeforge@gmail.com. We will review the issue and arrange for a resolution.


Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for personalized or custom diaries.
Returns are not accepted for items purchased on sale or for gift cards.


Exchanges

To exchange a diary, return the original item as outlined above. Once the return is processed, you may purchase a new diary separately.


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned diary, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
